                    My daughter loves blackberries and loves this smoothie. A nice change of pace in the smoothie department. Found this treasure in Light and Healthy Cooking flyer. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)  |  
                                                1 cup plain fat-free yogurt  |  
                                                1 cup apple juice  |  
                                                1/4 cup honey  |  
                                                1 large banana  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Strain blackberry mixture through a sieve and discard seeds. Enjoy!                              |
