From Cooking Light. Ingredients:
6 cups water, divided |
3 cups fresh blackberries |
1 cup sugar |
2/3 cup fresh lime juice |
8 lime slices (optional) |
fresh blackberry (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place 1 c water and berries in a blender; process til smooth. Press puree through a sieve into a large pitcher; discard seeds. 2. Add remaining 5 c water, sugar, and juice to pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Place 1 lime slice and a few additional blackberries, if desired, into each of 8 glasses; pour 1 c limeade over each serving. |
