Blackberry Cobbler.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup(s) of fresh or frozen blackberries. (thawed and drained)
1 cup(s) of sugar. add extra if wanted to be more sweet.
1 cup(s) of flour.
2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder. (optional)
1 cup(s) of milk.
1/2 cup(s) of butter. (melted)
cream, whipped cream, or ice cream. (optional)
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, stir together blackberries and sugar. Let stand about 20-25 minutes until fruit syrup forms. Heat 375 degrees.
2. In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder (optional), salt, and milk. Stir melted butter until blended. Spread in ungreased 8-inch square pan. Spoon blackberry mix over batter.
3. Bake 45-55 minutes, or unti dough rises and/or is golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
