Low fat low sugar version of an old favorite. Ingredients:
1 cup splenda |
1 cup self rising flour |
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 cups blackberries |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 cup Splenda with flour, milk, and vanilla. 2. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish that has been thoroughly sprayed with Pam. 3. Pour berries over batter with out stirring. 4. Sprinkle remaining Splenda over top. 5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
