Delightfully elegant cocktail perfect for the holidays! This recipe is from mixologist and bar manager, Eben Klemm of Pico, New York's most elegant Portuguese restaurant. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chambord raspberry liquor |
chilled champagne |
1/2 teaspoon blackberry sorbet or 1/2 teaspoon passion fruit sorbet |
Directions:
1. Pour the Chambord into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Add the sorbet and serve at once.
