Blackberry Buckle Ingredients:
2 cups and 1-2 tbsp flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 large egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1 pint blackberry |
Directions:
1. 1) Preheat the oven to 375°F Grease an 8-inch baking pan. 2. 2) Sift together the 2 cups of flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
