Blackberry Banana Pancakes |

These healthy pancakes are delicious. Top with whipped cream or maple syrup. YUM! Ingredients:
2/3 cup unbleached flour |
1/3 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup wheat bran |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 egg, beaten |
2/3 cup milk |
2 bananas, mashed |
1/2 cup blackberry |
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add milk and beaten egg. Add 2 mashed bananas and mix until well blended, but lumpy. Fold in blackberries. Pour onto a medium hot lightly greased griddle. Flip when top is bubbly. |
