My sister gave me this recipe. I drink this in the morning before I go to work. Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice |
1/3 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 medium ripe bananas |
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie |
Directions:
1. In a blender combine all the above ingredients. |
