Black Russian cocktail in a decedent dessert. Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix(devil's food,dark chocolate,chocolate mocha,etc) |
1 3oz box instant chocolate pudding mix |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 large eggs |
1/4 cup vodka |
1 cup coffee liqueur-divided |
1 cup sifted powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. 3. In a large mixing bowl,sift cake mix and pudding together. 4. Add vegetable oil and 4 eggs. Beat 1 minute on low or until combined. 5. Add vodka and 1/2 cup coffee liqueur. Increase speed to medium and beat 4 minutes. 6. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until. 7. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes then turn out onto a serving plate. 8. Combine 1/2 cup liqueur and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. 9. Prick warm cake using a long wooden skewer. 10. Slowly pour or drizzle liqueur mixture over cake. 11. Let cake cool completely before serving. |
