I have some Russian background so I use it as an excuse to make this recipe for friends! Ingredients:
cake |
1 yellow cake mix (nothin' wrong with cheating sometimes!) |
1 4-ounce box instant chocolate pudding |
3/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup vodka |
1/2 cup kahlua |
1/2 cup water |
bundt or tube pan |
glaze |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1-1/2 tablespoons kahula (more if necessary) |
Directions:
1. Spray your bundt or tube pan with some non-stick cookin spray.
2. Beat together cake ingredients until they are well blended.
3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and cool.
5. Glaze:
6. Mix the powdered sugar and Kahlua together.
7. More than 1-1/2 tablespoons of Kahlua may be needed.
8. Drizzle over the cool cake.
