I clipped this recipe from better homes and gardens years ago. Ingredients:
9 inches graham cracker crust |
1 egg white, beaten |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (10 ounce) jar black raspberry preserves |
1/4 cup fresh black raspberries |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375. 2. brush pie shells with egg whites and bake for 5 minutes. 3. in a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. 4. in another bowl, beat cream cheese. 5. add preserves and beat on low. 6. fold in whipping cream and add to pie shell. 7. chill for 4-24 hours. 8. garnish with fresh berries. |
