When a friend of mine gave me a jar of black raspberry jam she didn't like, I thought God Himself was smiling down on me. So, I started dreaming up ways to use it. Yes, I could smear it on toast, but that was too easy. I could put it in a cookie, but no...I don't eat a lot of cookies. BUT I DO eat a ton of fruit and love dip, so hey...why not? I started searching the cupboards and the refrigerator. A bit of this...ah, and a bit of that...oh, and some of this. Ingredients:
1 cup marshmallow cream |
1 tablespoon black raspberry preserves |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Heat the marshmallow fluff in the microwave just until warm, about 30-45 seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients and chill until cold. 2. This is GREAT with bananas and pineapple. |
