A simple dish with black pepper. Ingredients:
250g chicken fillet |
2 tablespoon of black pepper powder |
one pinch of salt |
1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoon of water |
2 pieces of cut shallot |
1 teaspoon of oil |
marinate for chicken |
salt |
pepper |
curry powder |
cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken with the marinate ingredients. If possible, marinate over night. 2. Heat up the oil, and saute the shallot. 3. Add in the chicken fillet. Fry the chicken till it is cooked. 4. Mix the pepper, salt, water and cornstarch. 5. Add in the mixture to the chicken and let it thicken. 6. Dish out and serve. |
