very spicy Ingredients:
53 oz *4 chicken breasts |
10 1/2 tablespoons *cornstarch for dusting |
8 oz *onion |
1 pound *frozen peas |
5 ounce *bell pepper |
5 tablespoons *safflower oil |
3/4 cup *oyster sauce |
2 1/2 teaspoon *soy sauce |
2 1/2 teaspoon *black pepper |
1 1/4 teaspoon *white pepper |
2 1/2 teaspoon *rice cooking wine |
Directions:
1. Sauce: mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, white pepper, and rice cooking wine, set aside. 2. Chicken: cut chicken into small (1/2 inch or less) cubes. Cover chicken in corn starch and mix until chicken is fully coated. Fry chicken in batches in 2 tablespoons of the oil until golden brown. 3. Heat the other 2 tablespoons oil in pan and cook onion and pepper until onion is translucent. Add thawed peas and cook for another minute. Add sauce and heat until bubbling. Add chicken and stir to fully coat with the sauce. 4. Serve with rice. |
