I was trying to create a dip with a Mediterranean flavor to go with toasted pita chips, and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can black olives |
1/4 cup minced garlic |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon anchovy paste |
olive oil |
juice of one lemons or lime |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingrediants in a food processor, blending in just enough olive oil to make smooth. 2. Serve with toasted pita chips. |
