A rich and zingy sauce for ribs, chickens or chops Ingredients:
1 cup strong black coffee |
1 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 cup catsup |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups chopped onions |
1/4 cup minced hot chili pepper |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 minutes. Strain or. 2. puree in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate between uses. |
