1/3 cup molasses |
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 1/2 cups bread flour |
1 cup rye flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
3 tablespoons baking cocoa |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional) |
1 tablespoon caraway seed |
2 teaspoons dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. 2. Select Sweet bread cycle and light crust; start machine. |
