Quick and easy!. A gooey pudding cake full of cherries, chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and a dollop of whipped cream. A delightful dessert! Ingredients:
2 (21 ounce cans) cherry pie filling |
2 cups (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted and divided |
1 box of duncan hines chocolate cake mix |
1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Spread cherry pie filling on bottom of lightly greased 9 X 13 inch pan 2. Sprinkle this with 1 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup toasted pecans 3. Sprinkle chocolate cake mix evenly over pecans 4. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 cup toasted pecans over cake mix 5. Drizzle with melted butter 6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-55 minutes or until bubbly 7. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream |
