If you like the flavor of chocolate and cherries in black forest pie,you'll adore this refreshing,make-ahead ice cream pie version. Ingredients:
1 prepared chocolate crumb crust(9 ) |
31/2c reduced-fat vanilla ice cream |
1c reduced-fat cherry pie filling |
2 whole graham crackers,broken into bite size pieces |
1c fat-frr hot fudge ice cream topping,warmed |
Directions:
1. Fill crust with scoops of ice cream. Top with dollops of pie filling. Insert graham cracker pieces between scoops. Invert plastic cover from crust and place over the pie. 2. Freeze for 2 hours or till firm. Remove from the freezer 15-20 mins before serving. Drizzle with fudge topping. Cut into wedges. |
