Black Forest Ham and Brie Open Faced Melts |

This is another one of my little sandwich favorites. I haven't made it for a long time and its making me hungry! Ingredients:
1 baguette, split in half lengthwise with some of the bread removed |
1/4 cup blackberry preserves |
1 lb black forest ham, sliced thinly |
1/2 lb brie cheese, rind removed and cut into strips |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Spread Blackberry Preserves in each of the bread pieces. Layer ham and Brie on top. Season lightly with some salt and pepper. 2. Broil for about 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted. 3. Cut into pieces and serve. |
