no bake cheesecake Ingredients:
9 inches graham cracker crust |
1 (12 ounce) neufchatel cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute |
4 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted |
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 (21 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla, mixing until blended. 2. Pour into ready made crust. 3. Pour cherry filling on top and refrigerate overnight. |
