Black-Eyed Pea Salad (Paula Deen)

Ingredients:
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 (15-ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced green onions
1 large tomato, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves
3 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme and oregano leaves mixed
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar and vinegar.
2. In a large bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing on top of salad and mix well.
