I like this recipe. My grandmother use to fix it a lot. So easy! Ingredients:
2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained |
1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup catalina salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Toss well. 3. Cover and chill for about 8 hours. |
