1 cup cold cooked black-eyed peas |
1-1/2 cups self-rising flour |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
4 tablespoons water or enough to make stiff batter |
Directions:
1. Mix with spoon and drop into hot oil in old cast iron frying pan. 2. Brown on one side and flip to brown on the other. |
