1/4 c cilantro |
1 1/2 t ginger |
3 t coconut |
2 t oil |
1/4 t salt, (spices 1t black mustard seeds, 1t cumin seeds, 5 curry leaves, 1/4t thyme, 1/4t turmeric, 1/2t cayenne) |
Directions:
1. BLEND GARLIC, CILANTRO, GINGER, COCONUT AND 1/2 CUP WATER TOGETHER SET ASIDE 2. HEAT OIL ADD SPICES 3. ADD BLACK-EYED PEAS 4. ADD MIXTURE 5. COOK UNTIL DESIRED TEMP. |
