Ingredients:
3/4 c white beans, cooked or 2 cans(or use black-eyed peas)
1 t garlic
1/4 c cilantro
1 1/2 t ginger
3 t coconut
2 t oil
1/4 t salt, (spices 1t black mustard seeds, 1t cumin seeds, 5 curry leaves, 1/4t thyme, 1/4t turmeric, 1/2t cayenne)
Directions:
1. BLEND GARLIC, CILANTRO, GINGER, COCONUT AND 1/2 CUP WATER TOGETHER SET ASIDE
2. HEAT OIL ADD SPICES
3. ADD BLACK-EYED PEAS
4. ADD MIXTURE
5. COOK UNTIL DESIRED TEMP.
