Black Duck Glaze for Virginia Ham |

This was on my bottle of Black Duck Premium Cranberry Liqueur Ingredients:
6 -7 lbs cooked half ham |
1/4 cup black duck liqueur |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix ingredients together and brush on ham. 3. Bake ham 20 to 25 minutes basting two or three times. 4. Cool to room temperature before slicing. 5. Slice very thin. |
