4 ounces black currants (fresh or frozen) |
1 small ripe banana |
200 ml apple juice |
2 tablespoons plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a glass and serve. |
