The creation of these shooters came about from a couple of things I'd seen and ingredients on hand. These were voted the best of the 3 that I took to a party (2 were from recipes here.) Please enjoy these safely; jello shooters sneak up on you! Cooking time is cooling time. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package black cherry jell-o |
1 cup boiling water |
3/4 cup coconut rum, chilled (malibu or parrot bay work well) |
1/4 cup coca-cola, chilled |
Directions:
1. Combine Jello with boiling water and stir till dissolved.
2. Add cold liquor and coke, mixing well.
3. Pour into 2 oz. condiment cups; chill until firm.
