Chocolate brownie like base topped with a cream cheese mixture and loaded with chocolate chips! Ingredients:
part 1 |
1 1/2 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup hershey's chocolate cocoa |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1 tbsp. vinegar |
1 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup water |
1 tsp. vanillla |
part 2 |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. philidelphia cream cheese |
1 egg |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
6 oz. pkg. of chocoate chips |
Directions:
1. Part 1: Mix inredients together well (mixture will be loose) 2. Part 2: Mix together cream cheese, eggs, salt, and sugar until evenly incorporated the add chocolate chips 3. Use small cupcake pans lined with papers and fill 3/4 full with the chocolate mixture and then add approximately 1 tsp. of the cream cheese mixture to the top of each. 4. Bake for 18 minutes at 350oF 5. Best if served at room temperature |
