These don't need frosting! Ingredients:
8-oz cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1/8 tsp salt |
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bits |
1 and 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/3 cup oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 cup water |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Soften cream cheese and add sugar, egg and salt.Mix well with beater. Stir in chocolate bits. 3. In seperate bowl, combine all other ingredients. 4. Fill greased or lined muffin tins 1/2 full with chocolate mixture. Drop large teaspoons of cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. |
