Great-tasting, eye-pleasing cupcakes. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
3 cups flour |
2 cups cold water |
2/3 cup cocoa |
2/3 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 unbeaten egg |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
6 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix first group of ingredients well. 2. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers. 3. Fill cupcake papers half full. 4. Blend second group of ingredients. 5. Place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake. 6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
