This includes blackberries and blueberries, yum. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries |
1 cup frozen blackberrie |
1 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup grape juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If desired you can strain through a seive to get rid of the seeds. |
