1 9” pie shell |
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
3/4 cup raisins |
3/4 cup coconut |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
2 tsp lemon juice |
3 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. Then add sugar and butter to them. Then add remaining ingredients. 2. Bake at 325. Check at 25 minutes. Bake until brown and firm to touch. Easy as that |
