Black Beans & Kale (I also use Adzuki Beans) Ingredients:
6 cups kale |
3/4 cup black beans |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoons cumin |
Directions:
1. Chop onion and cook in oil. Add kale, beans, soy sauce, cumin, pepper. On low heat cook for 10 minutes. |
