Black Beans & Kale (I also use Adzuki Beans)
Ingredients:
6 cups kale
3/4 cup black beans
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoons cumin
Directions:
1. Chop onion and cook in oil. Add kale, beans, soy sauce, cumin, pepper. On low heat cook for 10 minutes.
