Cuban black beans Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 ounces green chilies |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon cumin powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in Pam. 2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until beans are soft. 3. Add the vinegar just before serving. |
