Cuban black beans
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 medium onion, chopped
3 ounces green chilies
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in Pam.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until beans are soft.
3. Add the vinegar just before serving.
