Great recipe!! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package yellow rice mix |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mexican-style tomatoes |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice mix according to package directions. 2. Heat beans, tomatoes, and chilis in a large skillet over medium heat. Add rice and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. |
