VERY SIMPLE- that's the way my fiance like his food (not me, of course, or I wouldn't be a member). Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
2 tablespoons margarine |
1 (10 ounce) bag yellow rice (cooked as directed) |
Directions:
1. While cooking yellow rice. 2. Melt butter in beans. 3. When rice is cooked, add to beans. |
