Black Beans And Rice

I always end up with black beans and rice in the capboard. Now to be honest my daughter hates both, and I love both. So I make this for me and to heck with her!!!
Ingredients:
16 ounce bag white rice, cooked acording to package directrions
16 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
16 ounces of diced tomatoes with green chilis added
4 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Fry onions with the bacon until they are translucent and the bacon is crisp. You can cut the bacon into 1/2 inch slices frist instead of crumbling it after wards.
2. Cook the rice so it is nice and fluffy.
3. Add bacon/onion mixture and black beans to the rice.
4. Mix well.
5. Add the tomatoes, mixing well again.
6. If needed add some broth to desired consistency.
7. Serve warm as a side or wrap them in fresh fry bread.
8. Enjoy
