For some reason, this stupid thing is saying that a single can of black beans (15 oz.) has more than a thousand. Since a can actually ahs 110, you can just subtract 110 from whatever it tells you and call that your real calories. Emily Ingredients:
15 oz. canned black beans |
1/2 c. chopped onion |
1 clove garlic |
1 tsp. cumin |
1 tsp. chili powder |
2 c. cooked brown rice |
Directions:
1. First saute the onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. 2. Then add the beans and seasonings; simmer for five minutes or so. 3. Serve over rice. Can use sour cream to tone it down. |
