Black Beans and Mango Salad |

This was on a can of Bush's black beans, and it sounds yummy and easy. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
2 cups mangoes, diced |
1 cup red sweet bell pepper, diced |
6 green onions, thinly sliced |
1/4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced |
salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. 2. Toss and serve. |
