Ingredients:
8 ounces black beans
2 carrots (diced)
1 celery stalk (diced)
4 ounces ham (diced)
1/2 onion diced
1 cup brown rice
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Put 1 can of drained rinsed beans in 2 cups of water.
2. Add Carrots, onion and celery.
3. Cook on low heat 3-4 hours
4. Serve over cooked rice.
