Black Beans And Fusilli

This super easy one dish skillet meal is vegetarian!
Ingredients:
10 oz. can vegetable broth
1/2 cup water
6 oz. pkg. black beans with fusilli pasta mix
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (not in oil), cut into thin strips
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan, bring vegetable broth and water to boil over high heat. Stir in mix package (large pouch and packet). Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Add green onions and cheese and serve immediately.
