Good with Cuban pork roast and also with rice. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 small onion |
1 teaspoon garlic |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 dash hot pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pot. 2. Saute onions until tender and then add garlic. 3. Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add. 4. Add vinegar and spices. 5. Simmer. |
