Yummy, Easy and Healthy! Ingredients:
15 ounces organic black beans |
15 ounces organic kidney beans |
3 medium tomatoes |
4 ounces green bell pepper |
4 ounces white onions |
20 ounces water |
5 ounces lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Dice tomatoes, green bell peppers and white onions. Mix all ingredients and add in crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. 2. Makes approximately 8 servings, 1 cup each. |
