Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans, rinsed |
1/4 cup(s) chopped green onion |
chopped lettuce |
chopped onion |
diced tomato |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 ripe mango, diced |
shredded cheese |
sour cream |
taco shells |
Directions:
1. Stir together black beans, chopped green onion, diced mango, garlic powder and set aside while preparing garnishes. Heat taco shells per package instructions. Assemble tacos and enjoy! |
