low-fat homemade black bean soup Ingredients:
46 1/2 oz. black beans, canned |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup carrot, chopped |
1 cup mushrooms, chopped |
1 tbsp. oil, olive, extra virgin |
64 oz. water |
1 tbsp. cumin |
2 tbsp. salt |
Directions:
1. saute carrots, onions and mushrooms in 1 tbsp. olive oil 2. Add water, rinsed beans, and seasonings. 3. Simmer for 30 minutes. |
