Spicey black bean soup tht goes amazingly with corn bread Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
1 serrano peppers or 1 habanero pepper |
2 garlic cloves |
1 stalk celery |
1 medium onion |
6 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Sautee bacon in pot when done remove bacon from pan and dry on paper towles. Add vegetables to grease and sautee. once oninons are translucent add broth and drained beans. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cover let simmer for 30 minutes. |
