My brother came up with this recipe for a family gathering one time. So simple and easy. You can change the level of heat by changing the salsa. Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounces black beans, drained |
8 ounces salsa, any flavor and heat level you like |
1 bunch cilantro, 1 fresh handful |
1 garlic clove, paper removed |
Directions:
1. Place garlic clove in food processor and chop until fine. Add black beans, salsa and cilantro and process until smooth. Refirgerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, etc. |
