For some reason, it tastes totally different than it looks. You don't expect much when looking at it, but then you taste it and your blown away. A lot of flavor!
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (rinsed & drained)
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup fresh corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lime, juice of
Directions:
1. Very easy.
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve with tostitos.
