Although I haven't yet tried this recipe. I am just doing this for my first post. I might try modifying it by adding a hot pepper and tomatoes..All suggestions are welcome here :) Ingredients:
1 can crisp corn |
1 can black beans |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
juice of 3 lemons |
1 tblsp olive oil |
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
